Ambrosia needed to send hyper-targeted weekly emails to 7 distinct customer segments but lacked a zero-code solution.
The challenge
Manual segmentation took 3-4 hours per week. Needed to sync Airtable segments to Beehiiv with dynamic exclusions.

Designed 7-segment structure with dual static/dynamic versions, CSV export workflow, and Beehiiv integration with post-send tagging.

Beehiiv segment dashboard wired to Airtable: subscribers tagged across 7 cohorts (Bulk Buyers, Loyal Customers, Dormant Customers, First Time Buyers, One-Time Buyers, High Spenders, Deal Hunters) with live open and click metrics per segment.
02Segment-Specific Post Library
Every weekly campaign is composed once, then auto-routed to the right segment ("Let's make it a mango moment" for Dormant Customers, "Big cravings, big celebrations" for Bulk Buyers, "Big flavors. Sweet deals." for Deal Hunters).
03Personalized Newsletter Send
Final sent newsletter rendered per recipient: name token resolved, the prior bestseller list pulled from purchase history, and a segment-specific 10% discount stitched in for the Loyal Customers cohort.
