Overview
Two products (Boom & Wisdom) needed to analyze viral content across 6 social platforms to understand engagement drivers in their niches.
The challenge
Manual content research was platform-specific, ad-hoc, and produced no reusable methodology. No system existed to systematically monitor hashtags, track custom accounts, and turn raw engagement signals into actionable creative strategy.
The approach
Built a 7-workflow n8n system with platform-specific Apify actors for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Each workflow handles data acquisition, trend extraction, and sentiment analysis. A final orchestration workflow synthesizes all signals into structured viral playbooks exported directly to Google Docs via Drive API.
