Overview

A brand needed consistent LinkedIn output but had no way to monitor its sources without manual work, filter what mattered, or get from signal to draft without hours of manual work.

The challenge

Every post was a half-day project.

1. The manual pipeline, find a topic, judge it, write it, took 4 to 5 hours per post.
2. There was no relevancy filter, so weak topics consumed the same effort as strong ones.
3. Single-shot drafting left no options: one draft, take it or rewrite it.

The approach

1. Monitors selected profiles and keywords continuously for new content worth responding to.
2. Classifies every candidate topic with AI relevancy scoring; only 70+ scores advance.
3. Generates 3 draft variants per topic, each styled to the brand persona.
4. Pushes drafts through a kanban publishing workflow with Slack notifications at every stage change.
