Overview
A German media company with 500K newsletter subscribers needed to discover and structure air fryer recipe content from social media.
The challenge
Manual content curation took 10+ hours per week with inconsistent quality and no sentiment analysis. No automated way to scrape, analyze sentiment, or generate dual-language docs.
The approach
Built N8N workflow for TikTok/Instagram scraping using Apify, implemented SRT transcription, AI sentiment analysis, and automated Google Doc export in English and German.
